Returns:
All sales are FINAL.
We don't accept returns, replacements, or exchanges except for defective items.
All returns must be made within 2 weeks from the purchase date. All the return items must have the original package and item sku number on it.
We cover $2.50 for your return cost, which will credit to your account. For example, if you return worth $10 merchandises, we will credit $12.50.
Every return is required to be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA must be applied within 3 business days upon receiving your package.

* A copy of sales receipt
* The RMA number appear outside envelop or box
Store Credit:
All returns will be given as Store Credit, we will credit to your user's account. which you can apply on your next order. Also, we cover $2.50 for your return cost, which will credit to your account. For example, if you return worth $10 merchandises, we will credit $12.50 ( Must need a RMA). You can see your store credit on the right side menu, under user name. We will NOT going to send replacement or refund.
Partial Refund:
We update the website frequently to provide the most recent information on inventory and stocks. On occations when a placed order can not be filled within a reasonable period of time (usually within 0-2 days), you will automatically receive a full refund for the out-of-stock items in the order on the orginial method of payments.
Cancel Order
We can cancel your order within 24hrs. But if your order had been shipped out, we cannot cancel it. We will cancel your order if payment is not received in 3 business days.
